Trades, sales and shipping info
Trades info
1. Video proof:
We will send a video (flash on) of the front and back of the item, each video with our user name showing, or the trader's user name in case they prefer it that way.
We'll also inform about any imperfection or marks on the item, and we expect for the other person to do the same.
2. Proofs:
To prevent any scam, if you have less that 15 proofs, we will ask you to send first. Sorry for the inconvenience.
3. Address confirmation:
We'll send a photo showing the pc and the envelope. Please, do the same.
4. Shipping:
We prefer to send on the same week we do the trade, and we will send either a video or a ticket proof right after. Please, do the same.
As we're from Madrid, we can consider as well trading in person, but it depends on the free time we have.
We can trade WW.
Sales info
Claiming:
We won't hold any item unless you tell us you're interested in buying, if you don't answer or don't make it clear, we will sell it to someone else.
First one who pays gets to claim the item, unless of course you want a hold, in which case you need to explicitly tell us.
Max hold is two weeks, no more.
Shipping info
We have several payment methods:
Paypal --> Always pay f&f (friends & family) with blank notes, unless we tell you otherwise. If you pay us g&s (goods & services) we will refund you and the sale will be cancelled cause we don't want to risk our accounts.
